Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, work email address, optional organisation, enquiry topic and the message you choose to send. If you complete the free assessment, your answers and the resulting technical summary are generated in your browser. We receive that summary only if you choose to send the optional assessment enquiry, together with any contact details and message you provide.

Our website host may also process technical information needed to operate the site, such as requests, network details and security logs.

How we use your information

We use information you submit to respond to requests, discuss potential engineering services, assess whether we can assist, maintain relevant business correspondence and protect the website against misuse. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Where form information goes

The website is hosted on Netlify. When you submit a form, Netlify processes and stores the submission and sends a notification to our authorised business email inbox. Authorised members of our team may access the enquiry to respond to you. Hosting, email and team access may involve processing or access from countries other than your own, including India.

We do not sell information submitted through our forms. We may disclose information to service providers supporting website and email operations, or where required by applicable law.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to limit access to enquiry information and use service providers with security controls. No online transmission or storage system is completely risk-free.

Form submissions remain in Netlify until deleted by an authorised administrator, and notification emails may be retained in our business mailbox. We retain information for enquiry handling and legitimate business or legal needs, and remove information when it is no longer required. You may request access, correction or deletion as applicable.

Please do not submit patient data

Do not submit identifiable patient information, medical histories, insurance identifiers, passwords, API keys, access tokens, production logs or confidential customer documents. This website and its enquiry forms are not intended for protected health information or sensitive clinical data.

Cookies, fonts and analytics

We have not installed advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics on the website. Our hosting provider may use operational technologies and server logs for delivery and security. The site loads the Manrope font from Google Fonts, which may involve a request to Google and the transmission of technical connection information, including your IP address. If analytics or other tracking tools are added, this policy will be updated.

Questions and privacy requests

To ask a privacy question, request access or correction, or request deletion of information you submitted, please use our contact form and select Privacy enquiry as the topic. Do not include additional sensitive information in the request. We will respond using the contact information you provide and may need to verify the request before acting on it.
